Established by Rashed Karmastaji and Khalid Al Jassim, ARK Proventus is a real estate brokerage agency focusing on strategic investment opportunities throughout the Middle East, with an emphasis on Dubai. At ARK Proventus, we help our investors to preserve and grow their wealth by matching their requirements with appropriate property investment opportunities. At ARK Proventus we are inspired by a simple, back to basics approach to real estate investment. For many generations, income yielding real estate has been considered a stable asset class and the basis of wealth preservation. More recently, real estate investment has tended to become overcomplicated. In our view such complication carries many risks. We believe it’s time to get back to basics.

Rashed Karmastaji
Managing Partner
Rashed is Chairman of the Karmastaji Group, a Dubai-based privately owned multi-sector group of companies spanning real estate investments and development, marketing and IT. Rashed has delivered more than 1.7 billion US$ in Dubai real estate transactions since 2005.
Khalid Al Jassim
Partner
Khalid is one of the founding members of Arcapita Bank, a leading Islamic investment bank based in the kingdom of Bahrain. Prior to joining Arcapita, Khalid served as a Senior Consultant with Arthur Andersen in the Kingdom of Bahrain, responsible for multi-dimensional projects in the GCC market. He was the project Manager for high profile projects including the Arab Open University and the Global Islamic Banking initiative.
Jeroen Vanhaver
Partner
Jeroen is a leading expert, known for his integrity and honest, transparent skill in managing complex real estate deals for UHNWI clients in Dubai’s elite real estate market, specializing in high-value investments and off-market transactions. With dual university master’s degrees in Arts & Architecture and Construction Engineering, he combines creative vision with technical expertise in a very discreet and confidential approach. Since 2014, Jeroen has built a strong global network, assisting high profile clients with their real estate acquisitions in Dubai.
